It is with great sadness that we mourn the death of Pope Francis. Along with the faithful of the Diocese and so many friends of the Church, I thank God for his ministry as one who showed himself a true, faithful and loving shepherd of the flock.

Let us offer him the same prayer that he made in his lifetime for so many others: Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord.
