Training

The Diocese of Galloway is committed to ensuring all volunteers who work with vulnerable groups and individuals receive the appropriate Safeguarding training. No volunteer can commence active ministry until they have completed the Induction Training.

We have a team of dedicated trainers who provide training on an ongoing basis to individuals or groups across the diocese and they can deliver this in person or online. 

If you require training, please contact your local Parish Safeguarding Coordinator or the Safeguarding team.

Diocesan trainers are able to provide Induction Training and Parish Safeguarding Coordinator training.
