On Sunday 28th July 2024, Bishop Frank Dougan announced:

Fr Laurent Bahati, from the Diocese of Kasese, Uganda, who has ministered in parishes in the Diocese of Paisley for the last several years will become Assistant Priest in Our Lady and St Meddan’s, Troon; St Quivox, Prestwick;
and St Ann’s, Mossblown. He will be resident in St Quivox, Prestwick.

This change will take effect from Saturday 10th August.
